"Ringing in Telegraph" Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The Washington City Council has announced the "ringing in" of the completion of Telegraph Street on October 17th, at 6 PM, at the Washington City Museum. This ribbon-cutting event will mark the conclusion of the Telegraph widening and beautification project that began in April of this year. As part of the ribbon cutting, the Washington City Council will be unveiling the restored bell tower, on the old school. Mayor Neilson will turn the switch to play the first notes on this authentically restored tower. Join us for entertainment, hotdogs, chips and drinks at the Veterans Park pavilion following the event.
