Red Cross Training for Disaster Action Teams (DAT)
The American Red Cross in Southern Utah is currently recruiting disaster relief volunteers for Washington, Iron, Beaver, Kane and Garfield Counties. These Disaster Action Teams respond to local disasters and have the option of deployment to national disasters. The disaster training courses will be held August 24 and 25 in Cedar City. Events like the recent flooding and wildfires make it important for individuals to be trained and prepared in case of emergency.

WHERE: Iron County Visitors Center - 581 N Main, Cedar City, Utah 84720 (please let us know if you're interested in carpooling)
WHEN: August 24 6-9pm & Aug 25 9am-4pm
Snacks and water will be provided, please bring a sack lunch for Saturday.
